What's going on in our Community
SERVPRO of South Charlotte
SERVPRO of South Charlotte takes great pride in being a part of the South Charlotte community. We understand that communities like ours hold America together. We want to do our part to ensure the South Charlotte community thrives by helping those less fortunate, keeping the area safe and making our community the best it can be. On March 17, 2011, SERVPRO of South Charlotte teamed up with the Charlotte - Mecklenburg County chapter of The Firefighters' Burned Children Fund to participate in the 33rd Annual Fire & Life Safety Bowl. The Firefighters' Burned Children Fund is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 by firefighters concerned about child burn victims. The focus is to support the recovery of burn patients and to help prevent injuries before they occur. Our SERVPRO marketing team was on-site helping to entertain the children between competitions, providing gifts of fire safety coloring books and crayons, and applying over one thousand SERVPRO Action Heroes temporary tattoos. The SERVPRO booth, decorated in green as a nod to both SERVPRO and Saint Patrick’s Day, was the highlight of vendor booths. The Fire & Life Safety Bowl was a huge success! It was not only fun for but also educational for the children. SERVPRO of South Charlotte is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of area children and be involved in our community.
