WE ARE OPEN! As an essential service, SERVPRO of South Charlotte has remained open, just a call away.

We understand some people have risk factors and some people are concerned about having people in their home or business.  Therefore, during these trying times, we will utilize protective equipment to provide an extra layer of safety during this pandemic.  In addition to utilizing PPE, we will be happy to provide other contactless options, such as sending the customer a link so they can pay online using a credit card.  If needed, we can provide paperwork via email so you do not have to touch our iPads to sign documents.  We can also install a lockbox so you wouldn't even have to be home while we are there.  

We remain here and ready to provide service for specialized cleanings, water damage, fire damage, smoke damage or mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup.
