Great asset and made the process seamless from the beginning!  Wonderful.  Very knowledgeable.  

My brother had a fire. Nephew was airlifted to the burn center.  House and all contents were covered with soot. From the hospital they contacted their agent. He asked around and gave them a name. They left his son's bedside to meet that person. Promises were given but the house and contents were left in much worse shape than when they started. That's where I come in. We met his agent and a rep of the other company and more promises were made to rectify the "unacceptable" job. Due to my nephew's condition my brother handed it to me to manage. I gave the other company several more chances and after additional broken promises and my brother's permission, I fired them.  Enter Tracie, SERVPRO of South Charlotte. I called to see if the average homeowner's sister could rent an air scrubber and ozone machine so I could breathe while cleaning the soot off myself.  She asked for some more information. When she realized none of the mitigation was done she helped walk me through the process and arranged for her Production Specialist to meet with the adjuster and me at house. An estimate was given and she had work started as soon as humanly possible. Despite record rainfall and multiple emails and phone calls from a slightly panicked sister she remained professional and calm throughout. On one of my trips down to check on the house and dog I met Erin. She explained mitigation process and showed me the soot she was removing. I was able to observe her meticulous attention to detail. She wiped every surface of the interior multiple times until they showed no soot. When I called my brother and told him his home was ready for them and it was clean with no smoke smell he was so relieved.  We have come out on the other side with a house he can safely bring his son home to.  Should we ever need these services again in the future, SERVPRO will be our only contact.

Really appreciated Regina coming out to my home. She does a fabulous job. Pleasant to be around.
